Our team sets up your automations during onboarding, based on your studio's goals. After that, you can turn them on or off, edit them, and duplicate them on the Automations page. If your studio is part of a franchise, your franchise may manage your automations.

Loyalsnap will show all activity (including that a call was made), but does not record calls. If you use a call recording service, those recordings live in that provider.
