Loyalsnap Setup

Thanks for getting started with us! The below outlines the steps required to get up and running with Loyalsnap ASAP! Your Loyalsnap account will go live 7 days after your webinar date. All automated emails and texts that are enabled will start sending at that time. If you would like to start sending earlier, please email f45training@loyalsnap.com and we'll get you started!

Loyalsnap Setup

  1. Log in to your Loyalsnap Portal

  2. Review and Customize Dashboard Scripts

  3. Review and Customize Automated emails and texts

  4. Disable MindBody auto-emails

  5. Enter your billing information

  6. Loyalsnap Contract

  7. Download texting App

  8. Add Users

1. Log in to your Loyalsnap Portal

You should have received an email from Loyalsnap with information about how to log in to the Portal. Follow the instructions in the email to set your password.

2. Review and Customize Dashboard Scripts

You should review and customize your dashboard scripts to make them relevant to your sales process. See a video tutorial on editing and customizing Dashboard Scripts here!

3. Review and Customize Automated emails and texts

Review the content of all your automated emails and texts.

The ones mentioned below should have special care taken when reviewing.

  • Class milestone acknowledgements (e.g. 99th class): References a "small gift" for clients hitting this milestone. We recommend keeping this generic, but you could mention a specific gift e.g. a tank-top or $ account credit.
     

  • Recapture lapsed clients (who don't have an active package): References a "special gift" if they sign up again for a minimum of 3 months. We recommend offering 2 weeks free, but you can customize this as you choose.

4. Disable overlapping MindBody auto-emails

The following MindBody auto-emails should be turned off in Business and Consumer mode:
 

  • New client welcome email

  • Series Notifications for New Client Special & Class Packs

5. Enter your billing information

After logging in to your Portal, click your initials in the top right corner, then click Account. Your billing information will need to be added before everything will go live.

6. Loyalsnap Agreement

Please ensure you have signed your Loyalsnap Agreement within 3 days of it being emailed to you.
 

7. Download texting App

Please click here to download the Loyalsnap texting app for iOS and Android. You will receive push notifications whenever a new text is received. Please be sure to click the link from your mobile device.

8. Add Users

Once logged in, please click the Users tab (in the menu on the left), then click the “Add Users” button. You can create accounts and set permissions for your team members.
