  • Does Loyalsnap only service fitness studios and gyms?
    Loyalsnap functions as a CRM tool for fitness and wellness gyms and studios specifically.
  • How is my business connected to my Loyalsnap account?
    Loyalsnap is connected to your booking platform (Mindbody, ClubReady, or Mariana Tek) and data automatically flows into your Loyalsnap Portal.
  • Is the client’s information shared with other businesses when the accounts are linked?
    We do not share any client information in Loyalsnap.
  • Can I import data from another software?
    You can upload client details for any client that does not exist in your booking platform by using our Static Client Lists. You can read about that feature here.
  • Is my data safe and secure?

  • What is the Client Management Dashboard?
    The Client Management Dashboard is a tool for your studio to identify specific clients that need a more personalized approach. Intended to work as a to-do list, the Dashboard shows categories that help catch clients in important steps in their customer journey, so none fall through the cracks. Our team will build our your Dashboard Categories based on our industry knowledge and best practices, but will work with you to create any custom categories you'd like to implement.
  • Why doesn't my lead appear in Loyalsnap?
    There are a few reasons why a lead may not be appearing in Loyalsnap. To start, have you confirmed that these leads are in the booking platform? Our platform pulls information directly from your booking platform, so if the client isn't showing in your booking platform, they won't show up in Loyalsnap. If you've confirmed that they are in the booking platform, do they have an email address? Only clients with an email address will be added to Loyalsnap. Mindbody users only: If they do have an email address, do they have a Mindbody ID? If not, in the client’s Mindbody profile under “edit” click “assign”. They should show in Loyalsnap after that! Finally, do they have a blue warning label at the top of their account advising their account is not associated with a verified Mindbody account? Here is a Mindbody help article with how to advise the client to verify their account so that they will appear in Loyalsnap and also be able to accomplish other things in their Mindbody account!

    Typically, your booking platform will provide automations for purchase and booking confirmations. Loyalsnap emails are triggered based on your client’s behavior, so messages are always relevant and specific. The biggest difference is that the Loyalsnap team is made up of industry experts. We stay current with what’s happening in the industry now, and how to best communicate with your clients.
  • What kind of marketing campaigns can I run with Loyalsnap?
    You can run a variety of automated marketing campaigns including welcome emails for new members, reminders for class renewals, promotions for upcoming events, and re-engagement campaigns for inactive members.
  • How does Loyalsnap help with lead management?

    Since all data exists in your booking platform and is synced to Loyalsnap, you must make edits to client data within the booking platform. Once edits are made, that data will automatically sync to your Loyalsnap Portal.
  • Can I use my studio phone number?
    In some cases, you are able to use your studio phone number for texting. Restrictions may apply, so please let us know if you're interested in this option.
  • How can I reactivate my account?
    We would love to have you back! Just send an email to support@loyalsnap.com and we will get you back up and running.
  • What are the pricing options for Loyalsnap?
    We offer three tiers of marketing and CRM features and a text-only solution so you may choose which best fits your current and future needs.
  • Is there a trial period available?
    Promotional offers such as trial periods are offered periodically. Please schedule a demo to speak with a sales manager to learn what options may be available to you.
  • How many texts can I send per month?
    We do not limit the amount of texts you can send per month. Pricing for texting in Loyalsnap is per text segment (160 characters) sent and received. Prices vary by country so please reach out to our team if you'd like more information.
  • How much do additional staff accounts cost?
    You can create unlimited user accounts for your staff for no additional fee.
  • How do I upgrade my plan?
