How does onboarding work?
After you authorize the subscription agreement, our team reaches out to gather a few details about your studio and provide step-by-step instructions on canceling ClubReady Connect.
From there, our team goes quiet for a few days while we:

Secure your dedicated phone number
-
Confirm your ClubReady integration is pulling data correctly
-
Load your foundational content and automations into your account
Once everything checks out, we notify you that onboarding is complete.
How long does onboarding take?
Onboarding takes 5 business days or less.
After that, your team can join live online trainings as often as they’d like.

Training

What’s included in “training”?
Every day, the Loyalsnap team hosts a live 1-hour online training session.
Your team can attend as many sessions as they want—there’s no limit.
Can my team attend a training session?
Absolutely.
Because training runs daily, you don’t need your entire team to join at once. People can attend on the days and times that work for them.
Features
Can we send mass text messages?
Yes.
Loyalsnap’s SMS Blasts allow you to send mass promotional or marketing texts to your customers.
Can I schedule messages?
Yes.
You can schedule:

for any future date and time.
Do automated messages actually send on our behalf?
Yes.

How do we opt in people who were mistakenly opted out?
Loyalsnap pulls all opt-in/opt-out data directly from ClubReady.
If a client is mistakenly opted out, you can opt them back in—after confirming that you’ve received their permission to send promotional messages.

SMS Pricing

How much do text messages cost?
$0.01 USD per SMS segment

1 SMS segment = 160 standard characters
-
Messages with emojis or non-standard characters use UCS-2 encoding, which allows 70 characters per segment

MMS = $0.02 USD
-
Examples:

150 characters, no emoji → 1 segment
-
161 characters, no emoji → 2 segments
-
145 characters + 1 emoji → 2 segments (emoji triggers UCS-2)
